Sponsor and Exhibitor Set Up 2023
Information for Sponsors, Exhibitors, Partners at 2023 Beat the Heat 5K (to be updated later for 2024)
We look forward to having sponsors, exhibitors, and partners as part of the event. Per prior arrangements, we will reserve space for you to set up a tent/table and/or booth in the post-race events area near refreshments and awards. Most spaces are 10’ x 10’. Unless other arrangements were made, you should provide own set-up. Tents and tables are acceptable. Sorry, but we cannot guarantee access to electrical power.
Set up is between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Access will be limited after 5:30pm.
A detailed layout with your specific location is now available in the download below. You will set up inside the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds near the Northwest Gate entrance from the Coliseum Park lot. If you need to access to your spot by vehicle, you'll need to arrive early and enter through the East Gate off Shorefair Drive.
If you are bringing a canopy tent, please bring some weights or some other method to hold down the tent in case of windy conditions.
