We look forward to having sponsors, exhibitors, and partners as part of the event. Per prior arrangements, we will reserve space for you to set up a tent/table and/or booth in the post-race events area near refreshments and awards. Most spaces are 10’ x 10’. Unless other arrangements were made, you should provide own set-up. Tents and tables are acceptable. Sorry, but we cannot guarantee access to electrical power.
Set up is between 5pm and 6pm. Access will be limited after 6pm.
A detailed layout with your specific location will be available when you arrive. You will set up inside the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds near the Northwest Gate entrance from the Coliseum Park lot. If you need to access to your spot by vehicle, you'll need to arrive early and enter through the East Gate off Shorefair Drive.

If you are bringing a canopy tent, please bring some weights or some other method to hold down the tent in windy conditions. One suggestion is to bring 4 five-gallon buckets (like you can buy at the hardware store), fill them with water, and tie the 4 corners of the tent to the buckets. There will be access to a water faucet at the event.
