Want to improve your running, stay injury free, and have some fun along the way? Join our supportive community training group led by Crazy Running Coach Donnie Cowart with local Physical Therapists Cheryl & Justin Pfruender designing strength routines to keep you healthy! This group brings the fun from Crazy Running, the knowledge from two of the best PTs in the area, and the running experience from one of the best runners in the state to provide an unparalleled experience as you walk or run your way through training!
This training season will get runners ready to run fast and Beat The Heat!
Note: Training fees apply. Race registration is not included in the Training Fee, but a Race Discount Code is provided to participants!
Heatfest 2026 by Fleet Feet Winston-Salem & Clemmons
Heatfest will keep you moving through the hot and sweaty summer! Here's how it works:
- Must register by end of day June 30, 2026
- Option to register for Heatfest only or Heatfest + Beat the Entry entry.
- $25 registration for Heatfest only. Heatfest + Beat the Entry entry costs: $50 thru June 6th; $55 through June 30th
- Participants need to do 2 consecutive miles OUTSIDE every day the entire month of July.
- This is an on your honor system; you can track your mileage on your personal Run Sign Up page.
- Heatfest participants will be invited into the Fleet Feet cool-down tent for a post-race summer cocktail.
- Proceeds benefit Fleet Feet charity: Good Works Engine
